I am a graduate of the Spiritual Psychotherapy program at the Transformational Arts College. Some of the techniques I use to help my clients are Talk Therapy, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Techniques/Tapping, Inner Child Work, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Guided Visualization.
