A 8 week Bereavement Grief Group designed to help you understand and integrate the loss you have experienced, and actively mourn in a safe environment, guided by professional counsellors. Each week will include a reading assignment from the book “Understanding Your Grief” by Alan Wolfelt and 3 or 4 journaling questions.
