I've been in the helping profession for over 20 years. What I know for sure is that the desire for healing is common and yet each story is unique. I excel at utilizing effective interventions to address feelings and experiences that feel distressing and "stuck". This can look like not knowing how to move forward, knowing but struggling to make changes, or feeling lost or confused about how to reduce distress. I would be honored to hear your story.
I have expertise in addressing trauma, burnout, grief and loss (which includes loss of health and relationships) experiences of abuse in childhood and family strain/estrangement. I also have a strong interest in serving those who care for others including healthcare worker, teachers, first responders and military personnel.
