Parenting Teens Support Group

LIfe Dances Counselling offers a support group for parents of teens, held in the spring and fall. Here is a safe space to talk about and feel the struggles and blocks you are experiencing with your teen or in your family. Meet each week online (for 8 weeks) and experience the support and sameness of others going through this challenging role of parenting a teen(s). You will also be provided with tools and resources each session to help you make improvements with your teen and in your family.
