Are you feeling overwhelmed with life and not sure where to turn? Are you and your partner getting into arguments and you just can't seem to break the cycle? Welcome, I'm Lacey, an experienced Clinical Social Worker practicing psychotherapy on-line and in person. At LDM Counselling, clients and/or couples are offered an in depth assessment where together we formulate a unique and individualized treatment plan that offers the blueprint for our work together. Each client is treated as an individual and with my support and expertise, is able to make their life vision for balanced thinking and mental wellness a reality.

LDM Counselling is located at the Muskoka Collective at 16 Dominion Street in Bracebridge.

I take a person centered approach to counselling, incorporating a number of modalities curtailed to fit your unique needs. I use traditional evidenced based therapy such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotions Focused Therapy, Gottman Method but also integrate Metapsychology such as Traumatic Incident Reduction and Life Stress Reduction.

The goal of LDM Counselling is to provide the highest quality treatment, support, education and advocacy enabling clients and couples to reach their utmost potential. I am registered with NIHB and can bill direct- if you have a status card please let us know prior to your session for preapproval.
