Addiction affects all areas of peoples lives. Addiction is a bio, physical , mental and spiritual issue which needs to be repaired to give people an improvement in their daily tasks. There are a great number of proven methods to help someone suffering from a chemical addiction. I will give resources and options based on the clients needs to provide support to navigate these options. My services are client based and best practises are in place.
I personally have struggled with a alcohol addiction. I will use the principles of the 12 steps, spirituality, mindfullness, proper sleep and nutrition play an important role in a recovery plan. A person who struggles with Concurrent Disorders has many barriers that will need to managed to live an improved life.
I personally have been sober myself 34 years and know recovery is possible.
