New clients welcome! I offer in person sessions in my Cranbrook, BC office. We can work together to collaborate on what would be meaningful for you to work through and process. I believe that love and our connection with others (and especially ourselves) is crucial for our well being. This connection can become frayed for various reasons. The therapy process is most effective when it's what we need it to be and with a therapist that we feel that we can trust and have ease with. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR as well as neuroscience informed and mind/body approaches.
