I have experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds and addressing a variety of concerns. My previous work as a Registered Nurse fostered a special interest in supporting individuals as they navigate hardship and unexpected losses, and exploring topics of medical trauma, chronic pain, or challenges with reproductive or perinatal mental health.
My approach is collaborative and flexible, and draws from various modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and somatic approaches. I also have training in EMDR. Primarily, I hope to provide a nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
