This may start out with the relationship you have with yourself or with others in your life. I endeavour to support you to connect to the fullness of your experience and embody your anger, grief & love. I have a particular interest in working with other therapists and clients looking to go deeper personally.
I have been extensively trained in several areas, such as, developmental trauma, C-PTSD, body oriented therapy, interpersonal neuroscience and attachment theory. I have a therapy dog named Tilly who may be of support to you on your journey. AdditionalIy, I use cutting edge modalities for individuals and couples to help them create a life worth celebrating.
