My personal life informs my practice. I am a solo mom by choice. I am actively engaged in ideas around parenting children including the need to create more compassion for myself. I am a cancer survivor. I am a movement meditator and have danced for more than three decades. I am bisexual and trans-allied.
I offer clinical supervision to RP(qualifying)s, RPs and social workers. I am on the faculty of the Gestalt Institute of Toronto. I worked at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health for nearly 15 years. I have extensive experience incorporating evidence based treatment within a somatic based, Gestalt grounding.
