EMDR Consultation Group
As a EMDRIA Consultant - In - Training (CIT) I can offer a number of hours towards EMDRIA certification. This group is designed to provide those hours in an affordable way. It is also open to EMDR clincians who are not pursuing certification but still want to consult on and learn about their current cases. This group is geared towards EMDR clinicians who have completed all the requirements of Basic Training.

Based on the book '8 Keys to Recovery from an Eating Disorder' by Carolyn Costin and Gwen Schubert-Grabb, this counselling and discussion group focusses on relapse prevention by addressing and learning and talking about the recovery skills and concepts in the group. This group is topical and designed to facilitate conversation and learning. *Group does not include book*
