Hi! I'm Lauren Adams. I'm offering in person sessions at the Art Gallery in Carman and online sessions. I create a safe and welcoming therapy space for people of all ages and genders. I can support you with a wide range of issues from a strengths-based approach. I believe strongly in the connection of the body, mind, and emotions. I specialize in combining Body Focusing with Art Therapy when dealing with illness and trauma.
If you are dealing with illness, want to focus on improving your wellness, or are ready to work through past trauma, I am ready to support you in your healing journey. Online sessions are available for evenings or weekends.
In our work together, you can expect to learn grounding exercises combined with body focusing, to use art as a tool for expressing feelings, and have safe containment for your trauma work.
