I work with clients with various mental health concerns, identity exploration, trauma processing, and relationship conflict.
I work mainly from an Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) approach, incorporating Attachment-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Therapy and Solution-Oriented perspectives. I see emotions as being the catalyst to thoughts, behaviours, and actions. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
