I specialize in women's issues, grief and loss, caring for the caregiver (those providing supports for others), aging, life transitions, depression and burnout. I have worked in the field supporting adults with developmental disabilities and their circles of support for over 25 years. I understand that the work of caregiving in both a professional and personal capacity can have a significant impact on your own health and well being.
My goal is to ensure you have the time and space to be seen and heard. It is an honour to walk along with you through the therapy experience.
I provide tools, strategies, and compassionate understanding during our sessions, to enable you to approach your everyday life, work, and relationships from a new perspective. I believe that all clients are experts of their lives and have solutions and strengths to manage challenges with resilience and creativity. I can work with clients age 16+.
