My name is Laura Lockwood. I am a clinical social worker and therapist for teenage girls and women. I am passionate about supporting women in coming to a place of self-love and seeing their worth so they can reach their dreams. As women in our current society, we are often disconnected from our internal tools and resources that naturally exist in our mind and body. Our lives are fast-paced and stressful and we often struggle with mental and physical disconnection. This opportunity will give you a chance to take time to sit with yourself in a space that is supportive so that you can learn to access and develop your inner resources.
I have a Masters of Social Work and specialize in women’s work. I have an integrated approach. My role is to support you in learning ways you and your body have adapted to keep you safe so that you can gain awareness and clarity on your natural resources, discovering new ways of being that align with the wisdom, strength and beauty that is innately you.
My hope is that as we work together, you will develop a deep awareness and knowing of yourself so that you can feel aligned, connected, compassionate, loving, confident and clear around how to move forward authentically and thrive.
