I have a passion for supporting female identifying clients. In this practice, I provide individual counselling and have unique expertise in the areas of infertility, grief and loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss and perinatal mood disorders particularly postpartum. This also includes general symptoms of anxiety, depression and relationship stressors. In addition, I have experience in supporting young people navigating the challenges and transitions during young adulthood, particularly those in later high school and post secondary.

A little about me: I graduated from McMaster University where I completed my undergraduate degree majoring in Sociology and Gerontology and went on to complete my Bachelor of Social Work. I am a Registered Social Worker who has been practicing in the Peterborough area for over 15 years. I also currently work part time at the Partners in Pregnancy Clinic.

I have a particular passion for working with those who are experiencing infertility due to my own lived experience. Adding private practice work to my professional life is both exciting and a true privilege. When I’m not at work you can find me hanging out with my family and friends. I enjoy good music, food, company and binge watching my favourite shows.
