I help those who struggle with their view of self, those wanting to express themselves and be understood in a difficult world. I am there first and foremost to offer a safe place to show up authentically and just be.
I can help work with emotional regulation and helping you find some coping mechanisms to navigate your situation/s. I work with connection, how you can connect to yourself, your body to feel safe in your own body, and work towards some empowerment.
