I offer services to individuals with a variety of presenting concerns including life and interpersonal stressors as well as mental health conditions such as anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, substance use and addictive behaviours.
My practice includes a collaborative and integrative approach where we work together to develop a treatment plan based on your therapy goals. I can support you with exploring some of those self-defeating patterns you may find yourself repeating and understand the thoughts and emotions associated with them, while learning more effective ways of coping.
