As a counsellor I am passionate about supporting children, teens and adults, as well as couples on their life journey: past, present & future. I consider myself an attachment based, trauma-informed and adoption competent counsellor. I also have a heart for helping parents to be the parent their child needs. Providing a safe and non-judgmental space to make sense of your experiences is my primary goal. My strength-based, client-centred approach, aims to support you to: strengthen connections, enhance skills, build resilience, heal from your own experiences, and to enjoy healthy relationships.
I rely on evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
