Small Therapy Groups

Interested in therapy but find the fess too high? Why not try a small therapy group that will give you the benefits of a group, where you'll still receive individual attention. We will cover issues that are pressing for you, with some likely topics including Relationships, Healthy Communication, Boundaries, Life Transitions, Intimacy, Loneliness, Anxiety, Empowerment and Stress. While therapy is certainly serious, we will also have some fun as we explore these issues in creative ways. Laura Hetherington is a Registered Psychotherapist, licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (#001543) and is an active member of the OACCPP.
