In life we are faced with challenges we don't expect and there are times when we are left wondering how to move forward. I believe everyone has the strengths required to overcome these challenges, and therapy can be the key to unlocking and utilizing them. I have a passion for working with athletes and first responders, as well as anyone looking to work through the puzzle of their life. I welcome bookings from all backgrounds and experiences, and I work with adults, adolescents, groups, teams, and organizations in a collaborative way towards shared goals and outcomes.

I'm trained in EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, and Animal Assisted Therapy, and I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to ensure your experience is as unique as you are. As a former first responder, high-level athlete and coach, I am uniquely positioned to understand the challenges of these areas. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities.

My co-therapist Gus, is currently training as an Animal Assisted Intervention Dog and will join clients in sessions from time to time. Therapy takes time and hard work, but it is entirely worth it. I will support you in your healing journey and work with you in an open-minded and non-judgmental manner to explore your most sensitive and difficult issues.
