I am accepting new individual clients in my virtual-only practice (my couples and family spots are full). If you’re going through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, sickness, relationship problems, parenting, or something else, life is probably really tough. Maybe you are feeling down, worried, stressed, in a slump, checked out, overwhelmed, frozen, on high alert, or “ready to fight.” We can’t always change our circumstances, but we can do a lot together to get you feeling like you again. If you appreciate a direct approach when needed, with space for joking, and you want to work together on goals, you could be in the right place!

Trust and comfort take time. You might not be sure about the virtual-only office but there are great benefits. If you are an RCMP member, other police member or first responder, CAF member, veteran, or family/spouse of any of these, you are in the right place. Even though I haven’t had boots on the ground, being part of the family, I get how things can be.
