Plant medicines have been instrumental in my journey, leading me to aiding in pre and post integration. My approach fosters a gentle container, meeting individuals where they are, emphasizing trust, boundaries, transparency, and consent, while also focusing on self-attunement and co-regulation.
As a trained transpersonal psychologist, I utilize a variety of modalities including somatic therapy, meditation, gestalt, psychodrama, acceptance therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), nature-based therapy, and plant medicine integration.
