| español Welcome! In my office there is space for both laughter and tears! I’m Laura, a registered provisional psychologist serving individuals, couples, and adolescents throughout Alberta. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate complex interpersonal relationships, racial identity issues, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and life transitions. I'm proud to provide services in both English and Spanish, embracing the beauty of diversity through multicultural counseling. I had the privilege of pursuing part of my studies in South America, specifically in Colombia and Brazil, where I gained a deep appreciation for culture
My therapeutic approach is a blend of proven methods, incorporating Internal Family Systems informed (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based approaches, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
