Reaching out for help can be difficult and I'm happy that you've made it this far. I offer special support to children (ages 7-12), teens, and adults, in navigating the path to better emotional and mental well-being and believe that this is ultimately gained through developing and nurturing healthy relationships. I believe that everyone has the right to live with dignity and safety. My clients include: parents who are struggling with how to relate to their children; individuals experiencing bullying or harassment; individuals experiencing a relationship break-down, separation or divorce, and victims of crime.
Our work together will be collaborative and client-focused. I will facilitate each session using solution-focussed strategies, motivational interviewing, CBT and brief psychodynamic therapy. I also work from a trauma-informed framework. I look forward to the discoveries that you’ll make and the strategies and plans that will come out of our time together.
I am committed to social justice and inclusion, and respect and support the rights of all people, in all their diversity. I personally identify as Christian and can offer faith-based counselling support to anyone interested. I am currently accepting new clients (updated on April 1, 2024)
