I believe in the potential of each and every person who walks through my door. As Director of Little Oaks Psychology, I oversee a team of talented therapists. Through assessment work, I apply a strengths-based and positive psychology approach to my process. I specialise in ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, and complex behavioural problems (e.g., self-harm, childhood OCD, and oppositionality). I strive to empower my clients with self-knowledge and insight. I work mindfully to empower clients in growth and resilience.
Through Psychoeducational & General Assessment I help identify the root of challenges observed throughout the lifespan, starting with examining thinking and learning styles and ruling out specific diagnoses. I provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment guidance. My team of specialist therapists then provide skilled support moving forward.
I am compassionate and empathic, yet direct. I believe that assessment is part of a therapeutic journey in providing insight, guidance, and a clear path for treatment.
