I offer psychological assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults for a wide range of psychological, emotional, and interpersonal difficulties. Psychological conditions, including anxiety and depression, are common and often distressing for youth, adults, and their families. My work acknowledges the trust placed in me to help alleviate that distress and to help patients navigate the psychological, emotional, or interpersonal challenges that can sometimes seem overwhelming.
Overall, I adapt assessment and treatment to best suit the needs of each individual patient and family. My work integrates cognitive behavioural therapy with other evidenced-based treatments, such as dialectical behavior therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I also actively work with colleagues across Canada and the United States of America to promote the accessibility of evidence-based psychotherapy to help people address psychological distress, particularly to help children and adolescents have every opportunity for healthy growth and development.
