Since 2018, I have been working with individuals & couples to support them navigate challenges related to stress, anxiety, negative emotions, identity, relationship issues and more. I help couples break down their difficulties with addressing conflict to help them build deeper bonds & enhance intimacy. Going through traumatic experiences impacts our self-esteem & relationships. Having experienced emotional challenges myself, I understand the impact of small changes that happen in life or at work, on mental state. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges, build resilience & empower you to lead a more fulfilling life.
I like to be flexible so my clients can benefit most from the research-based strategies I provide them with. I take an integrative approach, I am grounded in a humanistic and experiential perspective and borrow from emotion focused (EFT), cognitive-behavioral (CBT), attachment-based, and other psychodynamic therapy styles.
In therapy, we will have conversations to understand you and your experiences. Together, we will explore and build goals that are comfortable to pursue and, in the process, cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.
