We are a group of clinical psychologists and registered social workers who are passionate about the importance of mental health. Each clinician strives to create a trusting relationship with clients and values the opportunity to create a welcoming space. We utilize an integrative approach to therapy, meaning that our approach is grounded in evidence-based treatment and also the understanding that people are best served by a flexible approach that pulls from various theoretical frameworks. This allows us to tailor therapy to best suit individual needs and wishes. We all have different approaches, experiences, and clinical styles.
We offer treatment services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. We also offer psychological assessments, including assessment of learning difficulties and mental health concerns. In-person services are offered at our office in Kingsville. Virtual services can be provided to individuals across Ontario. Services are offered in English and French.
We are honoured to work alongside individuals as they recognize, reflect, and build upon their inherent strengths to overcome challenges and create a more fulfilling life. We strongly believe that empowering clients to find strength and answers within themselves is the key to meaningful change.
