Welcome! I am currently accepting new clients. Working from a client-centred approach, I treat children (6+), adolescents and adults for therapy who are experiencing mental health issues, to include; anxiety disorders, low or depressed mood, chronic insomnia and childhood sleep issues. In therapy we will review evidence based ways to look at your thoughts differently to collaboratively assist you through life's difficulties. We can work together to face your fears and take action to become a happier, value-driven you.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to assist clients in reaching their goals. Specializing in sleep disorders and insomnia using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) as sleep can often affect daytime function, mood and concentration.
