Our close relationships hold the key to tremendous comfort and wellbeing. In times of conflict or disconnect, we suffer. My work is focused on helping my clients return to wellbeing through connection and feeling safe in their important relationships.
Giving and receiving love, care and affection is difficult when we become trapped in patterns of hurt and separation. Through relational therapy, I'll work with you to see these patterns, where you are stuck and how to shift into more authentic, secure and positive interactions. Couples, families, and friends - all shapes of relationships are welcome.
Therapy with me is non-judgmental, respectful and experiential. I use evidence-based modalities, providing you with therapy that has been proven to be effective.
