As a deeply empathic and experienced therapist, I seek to provide a safe and authentic space for clients to explore areas of distress and concern to them. With respect to specialization, I have experience in working with everything from complex trauma to relationship difficulties. I've also worked with those who have Bipolar Disorder, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and more.
Additionally, I have a strong arts background and offer a unique opportunity for clients to explore issues through writing, drawing, and painting. Mindfulness and somatic therapeutic techniques are also used for client relaxation and grounding. Please note that my services are also covered by most insurance plans.
