As a deep feeler myself, I care very much about walking with others towards a healthy way of understanding and responding to powerful emotions. I have extensive training and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT), two approaches to therapy that research has shown to be effective. I work with individuals and couples and deeply appreciate the opportunity to support my clients in moving towards a compassionate relationship with themselves and others.
