I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, change and healing, and my goal as a therapist is to support that journey. Sometimes that may be dealing with the past, facing challenges in the present, and sometimes it may be preparing for the future. I work side-by-side with clients as they heal from trauma, learn new ways of coping, challenge themselves, and grow into the person they want to be. I take a person-focused approach that emphasizes your lived experiences and is not a one-size-fits all approach.
