I am a psychologist with over 10 years of training in counselling psychology and a decade of clinical experience. I work with individuals, couples, and families in managing a variety of different concerns and difficulties; including, trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, self-esteem, perfectionism, family-of-origin difficulties, relationship problems, and identity development. I work collaboratively with my clients and provide emotional, and spiritual safety, by seeking to understand each client's personal experiences, beliefs, and worldview.
I adhere to a collaborative model of practice. As such, I believe that clients are the experts of their own experiences and difficulties and they have the ability to produce change in their own lives. I strive to create a trusting and empathetic counselling relationship in order to explore the various difficulties clients face.
