If you've been struggling with anxiety, low self-confidence, persistent self-doubt, perfectionism, or relationship challenges with yourself and others due to traumatic experiences, you're not alone. Trauma can leave us feeling fragmented and uncertain, affecting how we view ourselves and interact with the world. Through our sessions you will, learn practical strategies to manage and reduce anxiety, develop a more positive self-image, improve your relationships, gain insights into how past experiences influence your current mindset and behaviour, and replace self-doubt with a kinder, more understanding inner dialogue.
I aim to create a warm, safe, and supportive therapeutic space for my clients. My therapeutic approach is client-centred and strengths-based. I integrate evidence-based practices from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) focus on empathy and empowerment.
I understand that reaching out for help can be a difficult step. My goal is to create a trusting and collaborative relationship where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. If you're ready to take the first step toward healing and rebuilding your confidence, I invite you to reach out and book a free 15-minute consultation.
