I am a Registered Social Worker with experience in trauma, grief and loss, adjustment, self esteem, mental health and addiction. I have years of experience in helping others as well as creating my own dream life. I have provided support and counseling to youth and families for over 5 years and want to expand my career into helping as many people as I can. I work in a clinical setting and utilize multiple modalities and frameworks to provide each client a treatment plan that is tailored to them.
I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, mental health and addiction. I will work hard with each client to understand their needs and together we would tailor a plan that is best for them to create success in achieving their goals.
I know how hard life can be sometimes. I empathize with those who are vulnerable, who may feel hopeless or stuck.
