I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) working with teens & young adults (13yrs to 40ish). I specialize in therapeutic conversations that support the unique experiences & challenges during this time in life. In particular, I am knowledgeable in supporting the emotional needs of 2SLGBTQ+ folks. I have training to complete Hormone Readiness Assesments. I also offer supportive counselling sessions for parents & care providers. As a sex-positive therapist / Sexual Health Educator, I promote a healthy attitude towards human sexual behaviour & safer sex practices and I appreciate and respect gender, sexual & relationship diversity.
