I am a clinical counsellor and I am passionate about helping others heal from past and current traumas. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), in great standing the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and I am also in the process of obtaining my designation as a provisional psychologist. I hold designations as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP).
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is my main approach and my areas of specialty are: anxiety, depression and mental health recovery, anger/emotional awareness and regulation, interpersonal relationship struggles and substance use issues/addictions recovery.
