I have long held a special interest in social justice advocacy, and am drawn to supporting individuals impacted by trauma, intergenerational trauma, and marginalization.
Each person has a different set of needs, which is why I follow a client-centered approach. I draw on many different therapeutic modalities, using a trauma-informed lens, to help increase feelings of self-empowerment and belonging. I also have over 10 years of experience working with children in educational settings.
