I am familiar with different therapeutic modalities and constantly learning.
I work from an attachment theory lens and feel that often our current life struggles are a result of unresolved earlier life experiences. I find it helpful to assist clients in work through these issues to learn from them and expand their tool box in order to effectively deal with future struggles.
