At times, we go through challenges in our life that are difficult to navigate on our own. I work collaboratively with clients to ensure that they are heard, understood, and supported as we work together to move through those challenges. I utilize a client-centred and compassionate approach to address a wide range of concerns including trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, PTSD, stress, substance use disorders, and low self-esteem.

I support individuals in creating positive changes in their lives by utilizing modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).

I am passionate about helping others move through the issues they are facing in a way that honours their unique needs, values, and personality. I ensure that sessions are a safe space and I strive to create a warm and genuine experience.
