Hey there, I'm Kristen! I offer counselling services to children, youth and adults. Lets create a circle of support that is (w)holistic, non-judgmental, and inclusive to your needs. We will create a space where you can explore yourself, your relationships, and how you want to heal. I am honoured to be on this journey with you, as I too have lived experiences of trauma and understand the complexities of navigating systems of healing. I'm an honest, down-to-earth, open therapist who wants to tag along this journey with you.
My approach to practice is holistic and eclectic, meaning I draw from many perspectives while working in a client-centred and collaborative way. I have been providing safe and collaborative spaces to individuals for over 9 years within in various capacities such as child well-being and gendered-based violence.
