People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. Maybe your relationships are struggling, you are finding yourself unable to change old patterns, feeling out of touch with yourself and what you want. I believe that people do want to change, but often do not know where to start and it can feel so daunting and impossible. I am passionate about helping people build a more peaceful relationship inside themselves and am here to support you in getting to the root of what it going on so you can move toward what matters to you.
Over my years as a therapist, I have seen how many of my clients are living in a deep state of shame, core fears that are not being addressed and core yearnings that were not being met. This is what I am passionate about in helping people in my practice now.
We all experience pain that stems from the parts of ourselves or the things we have gone through that have created immense shame. It is important to me to be able to provide the space where a person can feel safe enough to explore and share these parts of themselves and learn to bring and feel compassion to these parts and move forward.
