Hello! My name is Kristan and I am glad you're here! At times it can be difficult to determine what we are looking for or what we need, I am an empathetic and receptive therapist who is determined to help you navigate your way through life in a way that works best for you. It is incredibly important to me that my clients seeking therapeutic intervention experience a safe and non-judgemental environment to share, heal, and gain realistic and effective skills to use outside of the office.
I work with children, teens, adults, and couples. As an adult with ADHD, I have special interest and experience working with clients with ADHD, ASD, and trauma. I use a wide range of therapeutic techniques including but not limited to Trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, IFS, Play Therapy, SFBT, and Attachment-Based approaches.
With over 8 years of experience working within the community in a helping profession using multiple forms of therapeutic approaches, I would be happy to provide you with the support you are looking for and look forward to meeting with you.
