Life is overwhelming sometimes. You feel stressed, unable to sleep, you find it challenging to quiet the thoughts of failure and fear for the future. You try your best but you feel like you are failing your family, your kids, your friends. You struggle to feel happy, and there are days it's hard to get out of bed. Sometimes the dark thoughts will not go away but you want to to make changes, have better coping skills and build a better future.
I am a very good listener and I want to help you move forward. I have an eclectic therapeutic approach and try to meet people where they are in their lives. I work with you to talk through the difficult moments and strategize your best options and next steps.
