Many of my clients come to me seeking help to feel more confident, less anxious, and more assured about what they deserve from life and their relationships. I help people kick perfectionism, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and depression to the curb in order to build a life that offers happiness and authenticity. I am also passionate about working with people through their grief and bereavement journeys. I feel strongly that connection and support is the best antidote to pain and loneliness that grief can bring, and I aim to be this support for my clients.
In my work as a therapist I strive to help people understand more about themselves and the way they walk through the world. I see therapy as a journey of self-discovery where clients learn how to use their own strengths and experiences in new ways, in order to live a more fulfilling life and tackle a variety of challenges.
Therapy can be a scary, anxiety provoking thing for many people. My hope is that I'm able to help make therapy a welcoming space where clients know they will be supported, regardless of the challenges they are facing.
