Hi, I’m Korina Wynd. I offer trauma-informed therapy for clients ages 12 years of age and older who need support with anxiety, depression, stress management, and navigating life transitions. I approach therapy from a humanistic, person-centred orientation, which means we will look at not only your mental health struggles but also who you are as a person. Together we will help you to connect more with your innate strength and inner wisdom. I believe your unique experiences and personal perspective on life can be a central part of your healing process. Throughout my life, I have seen therapists to deal with my own personal struggles. I found talking to someone outside of my own circle and being listened to in a non-judgemental manner so affirming and helpful. I am an attentive listener and want to help you grow and explore your personal journey of discovery and healing.
