She is a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker in Ontario and is an experienced mental health practitioner. She obtained an Advanced Certificate of Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Complex Disorders from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Canadian Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Association. She is also a member of Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association.
Having a passion for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, she uses these therapeutic approaches effectively to work with clients who experience emotional distress, such as depression and anxiety.
