We are social workers with a combined 50 years of experience, providing trauma-informed therapy and consultation services in Waterloo Region. We work collaboratively with our clients to establish a trusting, safe, and purposeful relationship. Throughout the pandemic, we witnessed a significant increase in mental health concerns such as social isolation, anxiety, depression, suicidality, addictions, trauma and grief. As a result, we decided that a collaborative approach to healing was more conducive to recovery. Our partnership was formed on this principle - connections heal!
Our team focuses in the areas of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, intimate partner violence, family stressors, gender identity, LGBTQ2s+, secondary traumatic stress, and clinical supervision.
